B-25J 'BRIEFING TIME' UPPER TURRET COMPARTMENT

Briefing Time's Bendix Upper Turret is another example of the authenticity of the restoration.  Most other B-25 restorers have opted for installing readily available Martin turrets of a type never used on the B-25.

Museum staff members took a different approach.  Working from original drawings they fabricated the out-of-production metal framework and Plexiglas pieces to return the aircraft to its wartime appearance.
