THE TIME TO PURCHASE YOUR ADVANCE TICKETS IS LIMITED

Except for e-tickets, all advance sales are while ticket supplies last, and have cut-off dates as highlighted above, so don't delay!  However, tickets are always available at the gate during the event.
 


EVENING SWING BAND HANGAR DANCES ARE INCLUDED ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

All admission tickets include the Friday and Saturday Big Band Hangar Dances on the day(s) you attend, as well as all the other great events and features, at no additional cost.
 



 

 

 

 

 


ORDER YOUR EVENING MEAL TICKETS

Enjoy the delicious Friday evening Ham, and Saturday evening BBQ Chicken Dinners, served cafeteria-style, while the swing band sets up and tunes up for the big hangar dance, scheduled to kick off at 7:00.  Meals prepared by Moyer's Catering.

Meals are served between 5:00 and 6:30 PM

• Dinner tickets are not sold at the event!

Please note that the event grounds are closed to the public after 5:00 PM, except at the Evening Meal and Hangar Dance venues. Only registered re-enactors are allowed in the camp area.  


 


 

EVENING MEAL AND DANCE ATTENDANCE

If you have a regular WWII Weekend Ticket or Pass, the Hangar Dance is included. But if you wish to attend the Hangar Dance or Evening Meal, only, you can pay $20 at the gate (cash or credit cards) and enjoy the great sounds and food. 

Separate, advance Evening Meal Tickets are required, if you want to eat - see above. 

You must arrive between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Entry gates close at 7:30 PM, sharp!

Please note that the event grounds are closed to the public after 5:00 PM, except at the Evening Meal and Hangar Dance venues. Only registered re-enactors are allowed in the camp area.  
 


GATES OPEN AT 8:30 AM ALL THREE DAYS OF THE SHOW.
TICKETS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE AT REGULAR PRICES.

WORLD WAR II WEEKEND IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER.


PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT TICKET RULES AND CONDITIONS:

 

Ticket sale cut-off dates are designed to allow time for normal mail delivery.

With the exception of digital tickets, only original printed tickets, not computer-printed or e-mailed invoices or credit card statements, can be accepted at the gate for admission.

Please call the Museum Office, (610) 372-7333,  during normal business hours if you have not received your printed tickets by April 28.

All ticket disputes must be settled by 4:00 PM, May 26, not at the show.

In the case of a disputed ticket purchase, no refunds will be considered without the return of original, unused tickets.

The Mid-Atlantic Air Museum accepts no liability for non-compliance with these conditions.

Undelivered, printed tickets cannot be replaced if you have not chosen the Certified Mail Option...

Mail-Order, Telephone, and MAAM Online Store ticket purchasers may all choose the USPS Certified Mail option at the cost of $4.95 .  Certified Mail allows the museum to track your order after mailing and replace the tickets in case of non-receipt. If you do not avail yourself of this option, the museum is not obligated to replace or refund your purchase.
